Watermelon Seed Series - Lime
 
In this series, painted watermelon seed shapes create the perfect background for my rainbow sunflowers! Each painting features a finished painted border highlighting it's namesake color.

I released these new 8x8in collages into the world this year and they have been SUCH a big hit! Each piece starts with fabric, wall paper, wrapping paper or other inspiration that I wrap the canvas with to create the background. Then I add my flower and integrate the two layers into a totally new painting! It's been so FUN for me to use my stack of collage elements in this way! They work great together in groupings or standing alone as a powerful POP of color!
