“Memory of a Scent” is a slow, still moment captured in the form of eucalyptus leaves silhouetted against a layered, color-washed ground. The delicate branching pattern and shifting shades of green give this piece a feeling of lightness — like a scent remembered in passing, familiar but just out of reach.
This original painting is part of my fall collection, painted to evoke comfort, beauty, and transition — just like nature quietly preparing for rest. It's a piece that honors the act of remembering: a feeling, a season, a fragrance from a garden walk.

✍️ Artist’s Note:
The title came to me in the middle of painting — the warm golden underpainting mixed with cool eucalyptus green triggered my memory of the plant's scent, which is one of my favorites. You know that feeling when something invisible unlocks something deep inside? This piece holds that.
