Every spring morning at the Reservoir brings a little surprise—purple bellflowers bowing in the wind, a cardinal flashing red through the reeds, seeds drying to deep plum. “Coral Charm” was painted from those moments.
This piece captures the alive, hopeful energy of wild things just as the world is warming. The flower here is bold, reaching, and full of color. Coral, plum, ochre, pink, and gold—shaped into a bloom that seems to shimmer with movement.
